It is an ideal base for the discovery of many well known sites in the surrounding area (Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Spello). The structure hosts 10 roomy, well-furnished rooms and an elegant apartment with a spacious double bedroom, lounge area, kitchen, private bathroom and a terrace with a view over the Basilica of S. Francis of Assisi and the gentle Umbrian hills.

Rooms

Ten elegant rooms with traditional furnishing and a spacious apartment with a wide terrace and view overlooking the marvellous Basilica of Saint Francis and the green Umbrian hillside are available for your holiday. All the rooms (single, double, twin and triple) have independent heating, private bathroom, air conditioning and TV: some have a terrace with breathtaking views. The apartment on the first floor consists in an airy kitchen, spacious lounge, large double bedroom, independent bathroom and wide terrace with tables and chairs. The Agriturismo La Panoramica is open all year round.

Facilities

Guests have free access to the large garden with a sunbathing area complete with wooden deck chairs and sun beds, a play area for the children, an elegant wooden gazebo suitable for dining or conversation; a barbeque is available for delicious party grills.

There is a covered parking area, hall, use of the kitchen, TV with digital TV, an open fire, air conditioning and tables for breakfast and meals. All the areas can be accessed by the physically disabled. Your host Silvana will be pleased to help with any suggestions regarding trips and gastronomy. The Agriturismo La Panoramica offers a rich breakfast with home produce including delicious homemade pies and tarts with homemade jams (prune, fig and peach), honey and an excellent D.O.P olive oil. A fabulous swimming pool is under construction and will be ready for Summer 2009.
